The way I read this, the only new equipment purchased in 14 years is a change machine and a soda machine. If possible, see if there is a wait for the Larger washers, if so that is an indication that there is a possibility for a small increase in turnover.

You will need to convince locals that there is a benefit in using mat, as there is no other population to attract.

Do you have tourism in your area, or is there a particular work group you can attract?

No matter which way you go, Good Luck.

So.... what was the outcome of this? Any updates. Definitely a challenge for anyone especially a first time but doable nevertheless. I purchased mine after a few months of once a week training for about an average of 3 hours per meeting session.

Worked out fine. Coming up on 9 years of ownership and over 50% new washers purchased within 18 months of each other.
