So if you take the belt off the motor it still won't run?

Can you manually turn the motor shaft or is it frozen too?

Get a Grip hithere if the axel is not turning it is toast, what did you want to hear?

It either needs to be rebuilt or put in the garbage

Call the people Coinwash told you to.

NOW DOES THAT HELP!

Maybe just maybe Laundry Motors.com could help you out.

If the axel won't turn it could be the bearing or the bendex fried.

Now I don't see how it's not helpful to call these guys at Laundry Motors.com

they are very good at what they do.

Ask for Andre Kerian tell him Jonathan at Coinwash sent you.

I hope this was helpful :)

We all are on the same side to help each other--- Let's do that OK

Sounds like seized bearings.Either broken or just worn beyond recognition. Hopefully the bearing has not worn away at the bearing seat, and also lets hope this has not damaged your windings. If you were to send it in, we would first change out the bearings to get it turning again, then conduct a series of tests to ensure that the windings are ok. Our repair cost on your particular motor would be $120 which includes sandblasting of end bells, new Nachi premium bearings, and all labor charges. In case the windings are damaged, the cost would be $450 bearings included.Hope this helps.

All quotations based on a generation 5 Wascomat 35 LB washer. Let us know if otherwise.

I have two motors stucked, all 50lb gen5.
let me know your shipping address and let me know how can I take it out from machine:

I was trying to take out the motor from washer ( wascomat get5), but it's hard to take out due to shaft bar....
after removing two PINs, then do I need to just HAMMERing in to push the pipe(shaft) in?
how to remove the big Spring that holding the other side of motor?
thanks,
