Hi everyone,
I've been searching for a laundry mat now for about a year. I have found all of the mats to be priced at about 5 times the yearly net income. Is there any reason why someone would pay more than 3 to 3.5 times the yearly net income. It seems every time i make an offer for a mat they look at me crazy for offering such a low price. Any comments would be great. FYI, im located in southern california, if that makes a difference.
