Value of Equipment

Hi, I'm currently looking into buying my first Laundry Mat, and am looking for some assistance on estimating the value of the equipment. The mat has 12 dbl, 3 triple, and 2 jumbo washers, 8 dble, and 2 jumbo dryers. The equipment is all IPSO and is 2-3 years old. Any ideas on the value? I'm also thinking that there doesn't seem to be enough dryers. Any thoughts on that as well?

Add the wash capacity and devide by 23, that gives you needed pockets of 30# dryers. In your case I see 421 pound of wash, 480 dry, so you need 539#, so are short.

I think IPSO are great machines. I have (2 --18#) ( 2 --25# ) (1 --35#) (1 --50#)
In buying a mat your not just buying the machines your buying the business,plumbing,tables,chairs ect. The name also.
