I am new, have been reading this forum for a week or so. I think I'm on page 14 LOL.
I am looking at buying a mat that has real estate being sold with it. Something I have not come across in the forum (yet) is:
Should I separate the building and the mat with 2 different LLC's and have the mat pay rent? I am asking for liability issues.
