The many guests that roam the board, may or may not be members. It would be great, if all who view this forum register and reply to Jonathans poll. We welcome all comments, suggestions and replies, from all!

I am guessing that Jonathan is wanting to provide the best to all who frequent the site, so if everyone who is interested in the laundry biz, registers, we can get a great idea of what is wanted, needed and suggested for even better success.

Register and please add some input, everyones input is greatly appreciated!

Thanks Kitty for saying it so well. The more folks will join in, the better the site will become, if that's even possible!!!

How about all members respond to this post, and lets get a head count of whose hanging around.

Everyone in the laundry biz who visits this site register and say hi, give a short bio.

Hello? Who's there?

I usually roam as a guest because I got in that habit when logging on was such a hassle. I am just researching the biz at this point and do not own a laundry. I "roam" a couple of times a week.

Dave seems to be a name for laundry men, your destined. Lets hear some questions, you ought to have some? Don't be shy.

The questions should be coming in the near future. After researching the biz for about a year and discovering this site last summer I have purchased a lot in a town that needs a laundry. I also approached the owner of a run down place in another town about buying him out. The owner of the existing mat said he has heart problems that his doctor says are stress related (too many irons in the fire) and his wife wants him to sell the laundry. I spent a few hours with him recently discussing the business. I have a rough idea what his cash flow is, but no idea at this point how much he will want for the place. The building is his, and is in decent shape, but most of the equipment is old. His only employee keeps everything running and would do the same for me if necessary. However, capital improvements would be top priority.

I have learned a lot roaming this site, thanks to all of the veterans that post here.
