Which case is desirable? contract or non-written contract when we start commercial pick-up delivery service?

Thanks,

Are you spending money up front to get the commercial business? If not, why bother with a contract at all? It's easier to get the business if the customer doesn't feel that he's making a long-term commitment. I offer a prospective commercial WDF customer a price and a schedule and specifically tell them that I'm sure they'll be so satisfied with our work they'll never want to look anywhere else, but I don't ask them for a commitment.

If I were making a large investment in order to do the work, I'd probably want enough of a commitment to make the investment worth it. If it's worth a contract, it ought to be written, or it's probably worthless in the event of a dispute later on.

If you are just picking up their stuff and washing it, then a handshake is fine. If you are buying a bunch of linens to service the account you could ask for a written agreement.
