My 50lbs Milnor is getting very noisy during the high speed extract. I have changed the oil already but still the same.

Is this likely a tub bearing job?

High pitched whine....Motor bearings
Low pitched rumble...Tub bearings

Thanks for the info. I went for the tub bearings. My next question is do I have to put a locktite between the main shaft and the Cylinder assembly.

TIA,

You have already changed the bearings? How was the oil clean , dirty, water. What model 30020? No locktite on the drum to shaft but there is a process to putting it on properly. More information needed.

The model is 30020. Actually, it was almost dirty water when I drain the oil (before I disassemble). The drum have been removed with the help of EZ out. I am now in the process of putting it back together. Thanks for the info about no locktite between drum and shaft. However, your tip on putting it back together will be highly appreciated. Another info I can give you is that the drain was clogged by dirt so I have cleaned it already.
