Huebsch Front Load Washer Computer Problem?

I have 40 Huebsch FL washing machines with the F370518-10 computer board. Problem before was water and soap drip down on the board shorting the circuit, making the board acting weird:
-After insert the needed coin, machine reset itself, or have to put coin in 2 times to get it start;
-Finish washing(?) and display 0000 with driping wet clothes;
-Display d--- on the LED with the hot button selected but all the button is not respond (frozen up);
-Display, flashing 5555 and beep continuos, buttons are no respond;
-Display ---0, no button respond;

The new board cost $700 each, so I'd like to know something before spending some big money. Is the code on the LED meaning something or is it computer trash code?
One time I call ALJ and asked them about the code but seem like they don't know. They said problem may be fuse board, may be the LED computer board and suggest swabbing board. After so many problem and so many swabbing, I don't really remember which one is which.
Can anyone help me and tell me whether the code mean something or nothing? Thank you.

Is that 40 washers or a 40# washer? If all troubles at one washer, the CPU board, just a wild guess. If 40 washers change brand of washers:).

40 washers. I have a mix of 15, 25, 35 and 50lbs. It take turn to break and sometime problem don't repeat on the same machine. I took over my aunt store ( she built the store with new equipment 8yrs ago), after 1 yr I still making no money because these machine break down. I fixed all the machine myself, even rebuilt the cpu board (I replace 95% component on the board, some of the component are hard to find so I left it alone). The new board would cost around $700 each. To me Huebsch machine only good the first couple yrs. Even the distributor don't sell Huebsch anymore, they now selling Dexter (it has to mean something isn't it)
Anyway, if anyone has similar problem and know how the code means, please let me know.
