I am in a process of buying a mat. My broker suggested to have machines inspected by professional. Can anyone recommend one in Dallas, Texas area?? And, how much it usually cost??

All the major manufactures have distributors in the DFW area. I'm sure they would do it for little or no charge, just to get on your good side to sell you parts.. What kind of equipment? I know the Maytag, Dexter, Hebusch and Speed Queen sources.

A reputable repairman should charge you aproximately $300 to inspect an adverage store. Include this fee and any recomended repairs in your offer durring your due dilligence period. This could uncover something majior like a bad bearing that could cost you a lot more down the road.
