Dome Security Camera Recommendations

I have a basic 8 camera system which is Web based with a static IP and recorded digitally. I believe the resolution is the standard 300+ lines. However, I would be happier if I had some kind of upgraded cameras that would capture greater detail of faces. Do you have any tips as to the brand and model of dome cameras which you have been happy with ? Thanks

It is more the FOV that matters to get detail. Most standard are 3.6 Check out the examples on this link. I have cams wth high and low FOV facing the same direction for close up shots of the face.
