Business has been down 20% at my small Mat thanks to new Mega laundromat many many miles away, but my closest competitor 2 miles away finally upgraded and bought new dryers; due to the domino effect. (I am sure I have lost my 20% to him, as in the past they wouild complain about competitors dryers.) I am thinking about getting customers back by raffling off maybe $50.00 each month. What has been your experiences at doing this? Do you think this will bring those people back?
