I would put all new coin boxes/locks in before putting them into service. IF you cannot account for all the keys, you put your money at risk

Call us for help on this.

I am going to hope you have 3 phase power in the place you want to install them. It can cost much money to have it brought in from the electric company.

Washers are ok, dryers are a bit old. All depens on what the price is and the condition of them.

Thanks a lot. This will be a good start for me. I did purchase new coin boxes for all the washers like you said, and now I will delve into the instructions you just gave me. Do you think the equipment i got is good?
Thanks!!!

The washers are good until they need bearing jobs. You will need to do the job as soon as you start to hear the basket rumble cause if you don't you may have to replace/repair the basket. Its just the way these are. Very little leeway.

Dexters are good as well although I am not sure of which one you have single or stack. Just make sure the large nut on the back of the basket shaft is tight 150lbs of torque and you will be in good shape. Also make sure if you start to hear the basket scrapping the inside of the dryers you check for screws as that can really eat up the dryer especially Dexters.

The Huebsch dryers are again ok but will require stuff to keep them going, sweep sheets, rollers, belts, door switches. Cleaning the inside and rear of the basket. Clean burners every once in a while. Make sure damper at rear of the dryer is moving freely. (no lint).

The dexters are single pocket and they seem very old. The sq dryers are stack dryers. I don't have any Huebsch dryers, only washers. I appreciate all the advise. I am also looking for some two inch drian hoses and can't find them anywhere in town. Do you know a good place online for Laundry supplies?

Thanks!!
