We just got a small account for wfd service, it is a small resturant, how should I wash the aprons?
When our attendant just washed them as any other dirty cloths, they turned out clean but still had the grease smell? Any ideas? Any products that work good with grease? Should the wash water temp be higher then 120 for hot? Thanks again mike
