How realistic is this?

Hello all,

I am a new member and have been looking around the site. Nice work to whoever put this all together.

My question is this... I am currently thinking about getting into business with a partner. Is the laundromat business a viable way to go for us? Is it possible to make enough money for both of us plus employees?

I'm thinking of starting with one and we can both work it on a part time basis while keeping our current jobs. Within a year we can purchase another and work them full time as our main sources of income.

Does this sound right or am I way off base. Any advice, experiences, etc would be greatly appreciated.

A pizza business may be a better way to go. Who knows, you did not really give much info, and do you really want to get financial advice from the internet instead of your accountant and lawyer?
My first question to anyone who is thinking of getting into the biz is how much cash do you have?
