residents oppose 24 hour laundry near a school bus stop, preferring a restaurant or eyeglass shop argueing among other things, that the hours of operation might threaten children trying to get to school. I don't know of any school bus stops crowded with childred in the middle of the night! Do residents propose that a restaurant instead not serve breakfast, or that the eyeglass shop only be open 10 am to 2 pm? I don't see these as a reasonable opposition to this project.

Meanwhile, there are already 700 machines in other laundromats saturating the area.
I wonder how well the developer checked this out. Maybe they don't need another laundromat due to market conditions, but not because it is near a school bus stop.
