Maytag Neptune - Diagnostic Mode

Could someone please tell me how to get into this mode. I do not have any paperwork to tell me.

I have got a machine that tumbles clothes, but does not spin them to get rid of the water. I have read the info hear regarding this issue, so hopefully I can get this problem solved.

It depends on the what model control board you have in the Neptune.

If it is MAH14PD or MAH20PD, once you are in non-vending mode and the display is switching back between two numbers (coin count and cycle count, I think), you hit
Woolen seven times till you see 2.00 on the display. Then, Permenant Press to go to see help code where it will tell you the error code.

search this site, the manual was posted not long ago. When you open the service door if a problem had occured the code will be flashing.
