just wondering if anyone out there can help me with my maytags,i have one that stopped in the wash cycle. it was showing 36 minutes left on the timer, and stopped. the door was not locked, when i went to open the door. i tried to run the digonstic test and it wouldnot run.. the display on reads reselect cycle........any body with and help on this would be appericated. thank in advance. i cant seem to get it going, does it sound like the motor control board or what????????????????

If you use your ZB 7 access key and open the top cover, behind the coin drop, then the display will show an error code, if there is a problem. Look in the foldout manual that came with the washer and it will tell you what the code stands for.

36 minutes sounds like almost a full cycle left. Are you sure another customer didn't come up and open the door? I have this happen all the time. One customer does not pay attention and opens the door before it locks and then does not re-set it for the customer currently using it. Then they tell me it's broken
