Speedqueen washer SC27MD (three phase)

I have this washer that does not spin, it goes through all the other cycles fine (pre wash, wash, and 3 rinses) but the door lock unlocks just when it is about ot go into the final spin cycle.

Things I have checked on: 1) Drain valve is clean and works fine 2) No debris in drain pipe after drain valve. Could it be the timer?

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Start by checking the voltage at the extract relay when the machine is supposed to extract.
