Hi All
I been thinking about running a Mat. Let me say thanks for having such a wonderful site before I begin.
I see the sponsors have financing and leasing. My question is it better to use my own money for financing? I assume it would be better since I have equity in my home (80K).
What is the advantage of having a lease finance? I also have 80K in my 457 account. Is this enough to start? I see loans for Mat are starting at 100K, so I assume I have more than enough?
