Can antbody help?
Got brand new wasco td3030 dryers and having a problem.
Keep flashing error code E99 and according to the manual it means there is a problem communicating between two boards but the people at wasco are telling me that I've got too much fresh air intake. Can this be true?
Has anyone had same error code?
If so, how did you fix it?
Thanks in advance for your help!

Too much fresh air? That is like having too much money, not possible. The more the better.

I agree with Kirby. Never can have too much fresh/makeup air. Did the guys at Wasco say why they thought too much air was the problem?

Suggest you call American. Didn't they engineer and make the dryer for Wasco?

If you think there is too much fresh air, I guess you could cut off some of the air by blocking the air into the back of the machine. But that really doesn't make any sense to me.

Kevin - if you have few identical dryers, why not swap few electronic cards and see. Is the dryer running even with the error. are you getting heat? time indicator? is the open door light remain on. The error may not be telling you the exact error. try to turn the tumbler by hand. Compaire against other dryers. This whole process shouldn't take you any more than 30 minutes to try but will give you better indicators of the problem.

Kevin, I had exactly the same problem on my new Wasco Dryers.
It usually happens on very cold mornings and then they reset themselves after couple of hours. Call Wascomat they are aware of these problems and they will express ship chips that your will have to insert on your board.

It is a very easy fix.
