problem with voltage to relay coil on huebsch dryer

I have a huebsch dryer that fried the contacts in the relay for the motors. I changed the relay but the contacts wouldn't stay in, so i checked the voltage at the coil on the relay and only had 15.3 volts. After the dryer cooled off I tried it and it worked fine with 24.5 volts untill it got hot and voltage droped back down to 15 volts. I checked all the conections everything seems fine. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Could be a computer problem, try changing computer with another dryer.
