in need of information on trunion bearing and drum replace on huebsch front loader. I don't have any service manuals or parts books. It looks like i can push the drum out of the bearing with a hyd. cyl. or a heavy puller but i don't know what size plate it will take to do the job [3/8" - 1/2" - or 3/4" thick]. I don't even know if thats the the way to do it. if i get it apart what do i use to pull the new drum into the new bearing?

buckroad,

Come over to the Premium Section and we can help you with any questions that you may have.

I have done several "bearing" jobs on 40 lb SQ machines. They are not too bad if you use the correct tools and have a little help. I replace the entire trunnion assembly and drum/shaft as opposed to messing with the bearings.
