Well I dunno what they are talking about, but here is how I meant it.
About 15 to 20 years ago there was a commercial by AAMCO transmission I believe and the guy was a southern monkey sweeping the place up...he said in a southern stupid drawn out drawl "but, boss, you said I could do a transmission today".
The implication was that AAMCO's competition would let the sweep up boy work on YOUR car and not a qualified technician.
As in, they'll let any one be a moderator these days!!!!
T take it further it's kind of like having all that middle management nonsense...too many people with titles that are not needed (titles or people).
No offense intended of course.
