But junk machines, except the ADC dryers.

Congratulations! Location seems to be the biggest problem in finding a viable mat. I found one that is 1 hour away, as a mother this is too far for me. How far did you go from home base for mat #2?

A total of 28 miles between the two.
This mileage is the max I will drive. Even the 28 seems alot to me.
Once again, I own this bad boy. If all else fails here in Racine, I will move Equip' to other store. My fail safe plan.
I am so happy, this is one of my best investments in Real Estate.

I'm working a couple of deals myself.

One mat I'm looking at is almost the opposite. It has junk IDC's.

Say, does IDC have a web site?

I will check today and get more info, I will go there this afternoon
with a army of people to help clean and remove junk machines.
I could fix all the dexters though, but i just can't. Wascomat all the way baby. Tini has way to much work!. :D

David, IDC is out of business. I think Cissel bought them . You can still get parts though if you look around. I know a very successful mat that IDC 25lb dryers from 1986. Every single one is in great working condition. The owner claims their one of teh easiest machines ever to work on. He has ram ignition in all.

some are newer, by two years what i hear.

The best thing about all the junk I got to toss is, I remove about two hundred dollars out of change boxes and machines. Yeah Baby. Pays for my gas and beer money. Love this Bus'. Tini All the way Baby!
