Coin Drop returning quarters

Hello:

My Maytag Neptune is accepting the quarter only to have it slide out the return. I am sure that I have a coin jam inside, but how do I remove the coin return face plate to undue the jam. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Take your service key and open the top service door. Use a 1/4" socket nut driver to loosen the top and bottom screws that hold the coin mech/face plate to the machine. When the (long) screws are out you can pull the coin mech out a little to work on it.
