if you have built a laundromat lately - who did the blue prints to show exactly where, what, how the plumbing will go? how it currently is ? and how it will look after?
what type of person is needed for the job?

Most any archetech firms have someone on staff who specialize in this type of blueprints. It's very expensive!
You need a professional engineer/architect licensed by your state to stamp your drawings.

I used a software program that I downloaded off the web. The sad part is I don't have it anymore and I can't find the site anymore . It was called Laundro-cad or something very close. It had icons of Fronts, tops hotwater heaters , tables, Etc , It worked great but it would'nt let you print it, but I got around that with a program called print screen. The company was from NC I don't know if their still around or not. It wouldn't handle the plumbing, but it help a lot on layout.

I just did a search and I think I found it. go to this page and scroll down till you find Laundro-cad. You might E-mail them and ask about the software.

I think the distributor we used did the prints for the remodel that we did last year. Added a 20x40 addition, and there was no cost involved. Other than purchasing the equipment, but there was no contract to do so

Speed Queen will do prints. I had them blue print my last store then bought Dexter anyway. They charged about $250 I think. Call Statewide/Alliance and tell them what you want, just don't buy the equipment.
Give the prints to your GC and have him permit them.
