Hello,
1) May I please get some feedbacks as to a typical gas and utilities as a percentage to monthly gross in Central Orange County Calif or nearby county.
2) What are you charging per wash? Top loader, 30lb front loader, 50lb front loader, and how many minutes per 25 cents dry? Once again this is for a typical CENTRAL OC, Calif.
I appreciate all feedbacks.

My store is in Santa Barbara, so may not be relavent to your market...
h2o = 11%, gas = 8%, elec = 4%
tops = $2.00
30# = $3.50
50# = $4.50
Dry = .25 / 10 min (2min cool down)

Wow my water heater thermostat is set at 180 deg, at the washer it comes out at 120 deg! Have you measured your temp at a washer?

It depends - my water heater themostat, mounted on my hot water tank, is set at 140 degree. Hot water coming out of the washer should be very close to 140 degree - I'll let the health department inspector tells me otherwise.

Gas must be cheaper out in california, most mats in NE florida are 5 to 6 min for qtr. with 2 min cool down . There are still some at 8 min but they are not the majority,

I am happy with a 20% cost for utilities but we have low vend prices and give 8 mins on dryers
