Does anyone the requirement concerning ADA for change machines?

if you are attended then it would not apply, as the service is available by asking an attendant. This is how the gas stations do it, and I was told OK by a code inspector once. As long as the service is readily avail, no special requirements needed. That said, the height is easy to handle for all.

When I installed my vendrite soap dispenser it included the height to mount the bracket so that the changers would be within range. Check the manual or installation guide they may have it.

BE CAREFULL with the Vendrite instruction!!
I mounted mine per instructions and the coin slides were way to low. I had to remount it after my wife complained how silly it looked ( she was right )
The instruction have a flaw in them where to place the wall bar. Measure twice, cut once..
