Lint Cleaning

Hello, The Mat I'm looking to buy has a woman cleaning lint from the machines 8 hours a day. I'm sure she does other things such as cleaning the floor and Etc. I was told that her main job is cleaning lint. Why in the world would one pay someone 40 hours a week to clean lint where one could clean and close the shop for about 20 hours a week? Is it that necessary and critical to have someone there to maintain the machines for that long? BTW, there is no WDF here. Your comments and feedbacks are appreciated.

All double pocket dryers require more service, never heard of this much, a single pockets hold a lot of lint and I have mine cleaned out every week to 14 days. My employee also logs the time, date etc of all these cleanings for my insurance company.
