There are emptry spaces around 1.5inch height just underneath of dryers....maybe 9feet long....
how can I block this area to prevent any dust and dirty stuffs from getting in...
or, just leave it and vacuum clean every month?

Use a Strip of wood or Moulding.

The homeless like to come in with a thin stick and dig out under the dryers and all the machines, picking up a few coins and leaving the store totaly trashed.
In one install the floor was not level and the dryers at one end had some height at the bottom. The installer rivited a pice of metal, like flashing to the bottom and painted it black to match the bottom color of the dryer, looks great.
I use black foam pipe insulation. I think it comes in 4' strips. You can buy it in different diameters, so should be able to find the right size to fit your opening. I use it to save the AC'd air from leaking out, but a nice by-product is that it blocks the movement of dust.

Thank you for your good idea, but I don't get it...
can you explain more detail? is it coking? or tube??
Typical foam insulation photo below-sold everywhere from your local hardware store to Lowe's/Home Depot/Grainger...
On a related note I stuffed fiberglass insulation from the back underneath my dryers to help seal the backroom from the store area.
