landlord approval

if I am planning to add more machines, do I have to get prior approval from shopping center? thx

If the existing infrastructure is there, ie, electric, gas, water lines, etc than you probably do not need anything. If you need to upgrade utility then a permit and maybe landlord aproval is needed.
