I have been given permission to offer Laundry services to a major University in my area. So now I am facing the reality of determining the logistics of accomplishing this.

What have you found to be the best way to identify each students items that you are putting in the wash so that you eliminate the possibility of confusing the items? Is there some sort of identification you can place on each machine that would diffrentiate the loads.

In addition to their laundry bag, the students also will be given a net
for their white garments. This will allow us to maximize the amount of whites in the wash. My question is what methods are available to keep track of a students items in this case.

Any advice is very much appreciated, Thanks!!!

apply the K.I.S.S(keep it simply simple) method. Don't combine them!! Just wash them as you would wash yours. We use tide, clorex bleach for whites, and downy. PRovide a decent service, they'll keep coming back!!

I would track them the same as any other WDF

I use DC tags I got from Cleaner's Supply with little tear-off ticket numbers. I tear off the number and put it on the machine where the laundry is located
