Is anyone using Ozone in their store instead of hot water? Does it work?

Ozone in a coin store I would really like to here about that.

ozone is used in the larger laundries mostly and is growing in usage. But some drawbacks exist. The biggest I find is people who sell
it except for a few companies guarentee the moon. The reality is it will save hot water , chemicials and time only if the installation is correct, maintained and somebody understands it from the chemicial side. I have seen places install it and remove it. The initial installation is expensive but in a large facility the pay back can be around 18 months.

Lastly, does it work in my opinion. Yes I have worked with it in several locations and found to to be very good. However, it took some adjustments and understanding for those involved to get the results expected.
