research questions!!

Hi all,
I'm a design student and I have an assignment based on laundromats which involves constructing a report which includes-
-key business costs
-revenue sources
-strengths
-weaknesses
-threats
-opportunities
I also have to create a supply-chain map for laundromats.
Please, I would be so grateful if anyone could help me out with this project!

Most of your points have been discussed here on this board, so your research is as far as your eyes will take you. The only exception is the supply chain question. Let me explain how that works. You have been tossing your dirty clothes in the hamper for weeks, you are down to your last pair of socks and/or underwear, and you are not going back home for another 2 weeks so mom can't do your laundry for you. You pack up all your dirty clothes and head to the closest laundromat. This is the basic supply chain for this business. Another example is families who live in a rental housing that does not have a washer/dryer, or an inadequate laundry room, they bring their stuff to a Laundromat every so often.
