I am fed up with brokers. All they do is get in my way.

1. Rarely to they list any information of real substance
2. After you fill out an NDA, you get excited that you'll finally get some really information, only to get sent a one page sheet of facts, if that.
3. They don't want to answer any questions, if possible. They always have excuses.
4. They want you to make an offer without anwering the most basic of questions.
5. Pardon my seemingly Anti-immigrant stance, but I am REALLY tired of Brokers who are very difficult to understand, and can't write a complete sentence that makes sense.
6. The list goes on and on..

I just had my last straw today when I inquired about another mat today with a decent price in an area I want. But he won't even send an NDA without me 'stopping by' to look at the place first. Well I'm not next door, and there's nothing I need to see "first." I had found a similar mat two weeks ago, and it was the same damn broker.

I'm just not sure they serve any useful purpose, just most realtors. 10-20% of them are very helpful and actually care, the rest just want easy money.

OK.. venting over. *phew*

You have to understand that those listings are the brokers' money: They tried hard to get a listing, so they go all the way to make sure they get the commission. It's a pain to get info from them, but just be patient so you can get the info. Again, they do not know anything about the business, just do the work to list them . Once you go through the broker, then try to talk to the owner
