is this ok to replace all current attendent with my family members when I take over this business from the first day of ownership change?
would this replacement impact business?
(wash and fold portion is very small,so can be ignorable, I think)
laundry business is not much dependent on attendents,right?
I mean as long as attendents are there and provide nice service...then no issue here?
or, do I need to keep them at least a couple of month and then decide replace or not?

a very few regulars who are buddies and best friends with some of the attendants might try to go elsewhere because "the new meanie owners fired everyone" until they get tired of going farther to a poorly run mat, then they will come back
