I have an opportunity to pick up a large contract for doing restaurant napkins (about 1000 per day). They need to be washed, pressed and folded. Any suggestions on what type of roller iron I should use. Also how much labor do you think this might take. I have 30lb washer and dryers. I am just new to this business so any advice you have would be great. Thanks.

These are not cheap. The small piece ironers are made by several companies. Some better then others.

Check out Chicago dryer and go to products , ironers and check out the last model the Champ and see if this is what you are looking for. I can fill you in on more information. I service all types of ironers in the larger commercial market.
