In the newbie section.. right? lol
Where did you learn to fold clothes. That's actually, oddly, my biggest concern with purchasing a WDF. I can't fold clothes like they do in the retail stores.
Done laughing? ;)

I'm not laughing and these are all guys so don't you worry. Mostly it is all about time and patience, most of which I have very little, so I don't usually fold well, but could if I absolutley had to.
You need to find an old school perfectionist that like to do their laundry perfect, each and every time. There are a few of those around or you find people you train to be old school perfectionists. There are some items on the market that will help instruct your attendents to learn the art of perfect folding techniques. You may do a google search or I have seen them on informercials. Searching for you for just a minute, I did find this informative, page here that may be good for all laundromats.

My momma taught me to fold clothes, Then my TI in service, then My wife. I still don't do it very well. Now THAT'S what you laugh at, not the attempt to do it right. Your efforts are commendable.

I remember this from some time ago, and could not figure it out. Thus time I did. When she does the first fold and then flips it, she lets go of the bottom half to fall behind so it comes out right. Very tricky.
I use hangers.
