When ownership change, if all attendents also change to other attendents, does this replacing all employee impact business?
Thank you,

If the selling establishment has wash dry fold attendents that have been there for a long period of time then the WDF service may see some reflection if you make a change otherwise there may or may not be too much in the self service portion. However, remember, if you are in a highly competitive area where consumers can make changes easily to another store you want to be sure you continue to strive for the best in customer service. People tend to do business where they feel most comfortable, so be sure you put emphasis on your service from day one. You also want to be sure that dependability is a key factor as well when you are on the look out for replacements.

sometimes maybe, hithere
if certain WDF customers have favorite attendants don't be suprised if they follow them somewhere else. Similar to a hairdresser moving to a new salon - the favorites are more loyal to the person than the business. But if the new attendants ( your family members I presume ) are nice and helpful and friendly, many nearby customers who already come to the closest most convenient laundromat will still do that instead of going across town.

current WDF volume is very small, so I am planning to get rid of WDF business and replace all attendents from the first day of the ownership change. is this ok? thank you,
