Christmas day was dead due to three things here: It was a Weds, it was Christmas, and we had a horrible snow storm. Only did 28% of what a Weds normally does. Today is busy, even though the roads and sidewalks are still snow covered. So far we have done 164% of a typical Thursday. Our last wash is 9:30 pm, and someone came in at 9:29 and started 5 doubles.

I think that the day of the week on a holiday is the key on opening or closing. Monday holidays are always very busy.

A little busier than normal for the day after christmas.
When I bought this mat in June I was paying 80hrs of labor a week.... In September I reduced to 40hrs by eliminating a bad employee.....
NOW, I'm pulling the entire thing myself! My best employee (was here 4 years, through 3 owners), decided to go to college and found a job that pays her tuition.... (cant fight that)...
Now its 100% me....
Mon-Fri 8am-9pm
Sat-Sun 8am-6pm
I'm going to try and do this for a month or so before pulling in a part timer. Working on upgrading some machines and building further the WDF accounts.
ANYONE NEED 3 NEPTUNES? About a year old? 1,100 ea, still some time on the factory warantee. Near the Tampa FL area.
(Part of a lot or equipment I'm trying to secure, dont need them)

We planned to close at 2pm christmas eve, however we were so busy we couldn't lock the doors until after 8pm! I love christmas. We were closed on the 25th and made it up on the 26th with half the labor!
