I am opening a new laundry and I am planning on installing Huebsch Stacking dryers. Is it necessary to vent each dryer seperately or can you connect the vents to one exhuast?

Ideally each dryer should be vented to the outside individually. This will prevent any interaction between dryers such as backflow which in some cases will cause the dryer to not function at its peak performance and in some cases not at all. Alliance products are easier in most cases than other manufacturers like ADC with respect to venting considerations.

My Dexter 30# and 30# stacks have a page in the manual describing exactly how to plumb them together, where each enters at an angle and the gradually increasing size of the duct. Since everything was already setup (I bought an existing mat) I'll stick with each individual vent. Perhaps your dryers have a page in the manual describing how to gang the vents. Still I agree with Marc - they can't interfere with one another when done individually.

There is specific installation information on the dryer as to correct install. I have recenlty looked at manual online becuase I am switching out some 50# dryers and putting in stacks. You can hook more than one on a exhaust, but there are size requiremnts and it differs if joint or Y type hook up. The local code inspector is going to want to see this anywy before they sign off on the duct work. You should visit the Alliance website or call them. If you are buying new and the distrib is installing them you should ask them.

What is a code inspector?
the only thing the building inspector does in this town is confirm that new construction has the right property line setback for the zoning.
Our town works on the concept of "personal responsibility".
If you refuse to observe the suggestions of uniform building code and your building falls down or catches fire, that is your problem and possibly your insurance.
this is especially challenging for new homes with out of state lenders who want to see a "certificate of occupancy" or a completed "building inspection".
I am so glad I don't live in California anymore!
anyhow, I think everyone should install dryers per the manufacturer's recomendation, and clean the ducts regularly. I don't need a goverment bureaucracy to tell me that.

The city and county tells you how to install the machines and so does the distributor if its not installed correct they void the warranty
