My meager WDF business so far has always been drop off / pick up except the restaurant 2 doors down.

A big road construction project is about to start and the project workers will be working 10 hour shifts; one 7 am - 530 pm and another 7 pm -530 am

I was thinking of getting one of the restaurants that will bring meals to the project area to haul WDF. What should I offer them for hauling laundry and handling money along with their regular business? flat percentage of gross (probably 10-15%), or fixed price per bag, maybe 50cents?

There are grizzly bears in the national forest, so if the forest service even allows meal delivery ( better than workers smuggling in sack lunches IMO ) it would be at fixed times - better than a separate laundry truck sitting around at whatever time.

Why not just make arrangements to pick up and drop off your self at the construction managers trailer? Set times during the week, pickups on Tuesday at noon and dropoffs at Thursday at noon for example. You provide the bags.

That way you don't have to depend on the restaurants and work out an percentages and tracking and so forth.
