My meager WDF business so far has always been drop off / pick up except the restaurant 2 doors down.
A big road construction project is about to start and the project workers will be working 10 hour shifts; one 7 am - 530 pm and another 7 pm -530 am
I was thinking of getting one of the restaurants that will bring meals to the project area to haul WDF. What should I offer them for hauling laundry and handling money along with their regular business? flat percentage of gross (probably 10-15%), or fixed price per bag, maybe 50cents?
There are grizzly bears in the national forest, so if the forest service even allows meal delivery ( better than workers smuggling in sack lunches IMO ) it would be at fixed times - better than a separate laundry truck sitting around at whatever time.
