As many of you know, we just bought a delapidated mat and are remodeling it.
Just wondering if there are any stats out there on what to expect as far as change in revenue.
Or based on your own experience in remodeling what type of changes (for the good hopefully) have you seen after the remodel.
(And I'm talking about a complete remodel. New framing, paint, floors, electrical, plumbing, machines, etc.)
We are expecting our propane to be less expensive as there was 18 yes, I said 18 propane leaks in the building (one huge one outside). Can you believe it!!!! So that's one thing that we know will change for the good!
