snow storm slow biz?

I see a massive record storm is pounding NY and the north east. Hate it when this happens on a weekend! Seems when we had those 4 hurricanes a couple years ago it was always on the week end.
You ain't missing much if you are slow, today I had bathroom problems at 2 stores. yuk.

And it is cold here barley 50 degrees..

we closed at noon today.. However, yesterday was a record saturday for me so I am not complaining...

Here in northern NJ, people apparently heeded the forcast. Saturday was busier than usual. Snow began to fall Saturday evening. It continued until early Sunday afternoon. We got about 18 inches, where I live in Somerset County. Today (Sunday) I couldn't get out (they didn't plough the streets in my neighborhood until late afternoon). But I was watching my store (in Morris County) by remote video. It was less busy than a typical Sunday, but a steady stream of customers arrived and did their laundry. I'm going to guess that aggregating the two days, I probably had an a average weekend despite the weather. I think my Monday morning attendant will have a very dirty floor to clean, as everybody was tracking slush in the front door all day. They guy I hired to shovel off the sidewalk finally arrived about 7:00 Sunday evening, after most of the day's customers had left.

Sunny and warm here over 70 today. We had a record weekend too.
