Manufaturers who have dedicated service techs who spend their valuable time answering questions to you guys is priceless for them. Kudus to them for retaining dedicated employees such as Mark, ~aka dryersrus who came on board answering questions for you guys, but this is not the only value for a manufacturer or distributor. Mark is an 18 year veteran with ADC. I have to add Mark ~dryersrus did help with closing the deal on Corporate ADC for which I had been courting for months...Thank you Mark.
