This will be my first time purchasing a store. I have looked at several, both new and old equipment as well as stores that have been nice and clean vs. ones that need a makeover.
The stores with the older equipment are obviously cheaper but still have decent numbers. My concern is that I will need to upgrade my machines/decor which will cost both time and money.
My concerns with the newer machines/decor cost much more. It is an easy decision which stores might be a better long term investment however I guess I am just scared of a large investment of 3-400k vs 1-200k.
Any advice would be appretiated.
