So...If any one could help me to look at these numbers....and tell me if I am right or wrong?? I mean there are so many factors but I must base my assumptions on something. And for those of you with lots of operational experience you should be able to help me.

I will be pleased to answer any questions and provide more answers from anybody that wishes to reply...

For us it is a business that we hope will grow into more locations and provide us with a nice retirement income in say 10-15 years....

We Will See

And Pete is right it is not easy and not everyone can do it///

I would suggest you re-write your note on notepad, then copy and paste onto the Coinwash website when you log on. This way you do not have a 3 or 4 part post. I realize you may have dial up and can not stay logged on for as long as you want.

I do not know how to load the information onto notepad??..I have a DSL line in the office so access is no problem.

I would like an opportunity to e-mail a spreadsheet and cash flow and have someone who operates a store to VET it.

Pointing out the mistakes or helping me to eveluate the Revenue and Expenses would be great .

I feel that it is quite a good pro-forma and a conservative cash flow.

But someone such as yourself will be a better judge of that

Thank-You..

I have tried to see all the posts.
I never have used a spread sheet in my apprasials so probably no good for you, but others may have. There are many variables to crunch to come up with guestimates of income. You are right, figure on 1/2 what the distrib says for now.
