So I want to open a mat and have located a old run down mat in a High density location close to where I live. I believe that it will be good but am having trouble with the pro-forma numbers.......I believe that I have taken a consevative approach to the Revenue and Expenses but need help to better understand .??
odl mat is dirty and full of old equipment but still people come. New space of about 2600 sq.ft. may become available due to the fact that an old tennant is not paying rent. ( worked with the landlord 20 years ago and information is on the Q>T>) anyways have to buy the old mat out and inherit old junk...but some pieces are new ( 4 dryers and 10 top loaders 2-3 of the washers )
