REPAIR QUESTION. Do I need to sign up for premier service?

as I understand it, your 30 bucks will not even get a technician in the door. its only 10-20 turns , well worth it!

There is a free 'service forum' mostly for owners answering other owners questions.
Us techs will answer problems in the 'premium forum', usually faster and much more precise and to the point.

Anna, your more than welcome to ask a question and wing it here on this board and us owner/operators will try to help you out mainly by saying try this/try that but with the premium tech board chances are a tech has run into and fixed a particular problem a hundred times before and will usually have the correct answer the first time.
